Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using cyberdentalgroup.com (the "Site") operated by CyberDental Group LLC and CyberDental Corp (collectively, "CyberDental," "we," "our," or "us").

Description of Services

CyberDental is a dental-exclusive Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering AI-powered IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, HIPAA compliance support, and technical services to dental practices. This Site provides information about our services, pricing, and allows visitors to interact with our AI chat assistant and submit inquiries.

Specific service terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and deliverables for our managed IT plans (Remote, Priority, Ultimate, Concierge) are governed by separate client service agreements executed upon enrollment.

AI Chat Assistant

Our Site features an AI-powered chat assistant ("Core") that provides general information about our services, dental IT, and HIPAA compliance topics.

• Chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are informational only — they do not constitute professional IT advice, legal counsel, or medical guidance.
• You should not rely solely on chat responses for critical IT, legal, compliance, or business decisions.
• Do not submit Protected Health Information (PHI), patient data, or other sensitive medical information through the chat. The chat is not a HIPAA-compliant communication channel.
• Chat conversations are not stored or persisted by CyberDental. See our Privacy Policy for details on how chat data is handled.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or AI chat in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to extract, submit, or process Protected Health Information through the chat
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure or services
• Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without permission
• Abuse, overload, or exploit the AI chat assistant
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, functionality, branding, and design — including the CyberDental 2.0 platform, logo, and all associated marks — are owned by CyberDental Group LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CyberDental. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, INCLUDING AI CHAT RESPONSES, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.

CYBERDENTAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS THE SOLE BASIS FOR ANY DECISION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERDENTAL GROUP LLC, CYBERDENTAL CORP, AND THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AI CHAT, OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberDental Group LLC, CyberDental Corp, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. CyberDental Group LLC is organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming.

For disputes arising from managed IT service delivery, the laws of the State of Florida shall apply, and any legal proceedings shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

For all other disputes, any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the appropriate federal court in Wyoming.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
